  My last blopg (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing
  several weeks of hard work duue to no back up.

  I am not saying your content is not solid., but suppose you added
  a post title that makes people desire more? I mean General Surgery is kinda vanilla.
  You should glance at Yahoo's home page and see how they create news titles to grab viewers to open the
  links. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab readers
  excited about what you've written. In my opinion, it might bring your website a little livelier.
